Tips for customizing these templates
- Always use the reviewer's name. “Thank you, Sarah!” beats “Thank you for your review!” every time.
- Reference something specific. Mention the dish, the product, the staff member, or the occasion they brought up.
- Match the review length. Short review? Short reply. Detailed review? More detailed reply.
