1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reploi (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reploi is an AI-powered tool that connects to your Google Business Profile, fetches your Google reviews, generates AI reply suggestions using OpenAI's GPT-4o, and posts approved replies to Google on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reploi.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
One account per person or legal entity.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with 10 AI reply credits. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Unused trial credits expire at trial end.

5. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. Contact billing@reploi.com.
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

6. Google Business Profile Integration

You authorize Reploi to access your Google Business Profile to fetch reviews and post replies on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring posted replies comply with Google's review response policies. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings or Reploi settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Reploi to:

Post defamatory, illegal, or misleading content in review replies
Violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies
Attempt to manipulate or game Google's rating system
Circumvent credit limits or access restrictions
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

8. AI-Generated Content

AI replies are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all replies before posting. Reploi is not liable for any consequences arising from replies you choose to post, including their accuracy, tone, or compliance with applicable laws.

9. Intellectual Property

Reploi retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. Your data (reviews, business information) remains your property. You grant Reploi a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reploi's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reploi is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
